Choate Strengthens Fund Formation and Investment Management Practice with Addition of Jason S. Karlinsky

Jason S. Karlinsky joins Choate as a partner in the Fund Formation and Investment Management practice. He brings extensive fund formation experience across asset classes and more than a decade of commercial and in-house legal leadership at a global asset manager. He joins from Lowenstein Sandler, where he was senior counsel in the firm’s Investment Management Group in New York. Prior to Lowenstein Sandler, Karlinsky spent 16 years as in-house counsel and Americas Co-Head of Product and Business Development at Credit Suisse Asset Management, where he led the development and structuring of new private and public investment products.
Zohar Nadler joins Choate as an associate in the Fund Formation and Investment Management practice. He was previously an associate at Lowenstein Sandler.
