Baker Donelson Expands Nashville Real Estate Practice with Shareholder Rick Pensinger

Richard L. "Rick" Pensinger has joined the national law firm Baker Donelson as a shareholder in the Firm's Nashville office. The Firm also notes that Christian Schütz rejoined Baker Donelson from K&L Gates in January as a shareholder in the Nashville office.

Richard L. "Rick" Pensinger is a real estate attorney with significant experience in the wireless telecommunications industry. He represents clients in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate, with particular emphasis on wireless telecommunications. For more than 25 years he has represented a leading wireless telecommunications provider in the development, leasing, acquisition, and disposition of network real estate assets throughout the United States, and his experience includes advising on complex, large-scale wireless market acquisitions and negotiating distributed antenna system (DAS) agreements for major public venues. He joins Baker Donelson as a shareholder in the Nashville office, coming from the firm K&L Gates, and was previously with Baker Donelson. As a member of the Firm's wireless and telecommunications team, he joins a group of more than 35 lawyers and professionals who represent wireless carriers and tower companies.

Christian Schütz rejoined Baker Donelson in January as a shareholder. He focuses on commercial real estate, finance, cross-border transactions, and economic development, and he rejoined the Firm from K&L Gates.
