Alexis Olsen focuses her practice on large-scale residential, mixed-use, and multi-asset development projects as well as multi-state commercial leasing transactions. She guides clients through acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, entity structuring, investment strategies, and due diligence matters. Olsen has structured co-investment arrangements to deploy capital into housing subdivisions nationwide and has represented both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions involving office, retail, industrial, and specialty-use properties, including cannabis dispensaries. She received her J.D. from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Arizona. Alexis joins Dorsey & Whitney LLP from Squire Patton Boggs and enters the firm as Of Counsel in the Real Estate group.
