Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe Adds Four Partners to Structured Finance Practice

Victor Liang (New York) and Brittany Fox (Austin) join Orrick from Morrison & Foerster as partners. Victor is a Chambers USA–ranked advisor in Banking & Finance. Both advised financial institutions, asset managers, companies, loan originators and servicers on forward flow and acquisitions of asset portfolios and on structured financings across a range of asset classes, including consumer and marketplace loans, commercial loans, trade receivables, card receivables and esoteric assets.
Polly O’Brien will join Orrick in London as a partner from McDermott Will & Schulte. She is a Legal 500 UK–recommended lawyer with deep experience in fund finance, leveraged finance, specialty finance and private credit, acting for hedge funds, private equity funds, specialty finance companies and investment banks on a wide range of opportunistic financings spanning debt and equity.
John Paul Igoe joins Orrick in Charlotte as a partner from Mayer Brown. He brings experience in cross-border fund finance, subscription credit facilities, net-asset-value (NAV) credit facilities and other asset-based lending transactions for leading financial institutions and private equity sponsors.
Polly O’Brien and John Paul Igoe together will provide full-service fund finance support for capital call facilities, NAV lines and other bespoke structured products on both sides of the Atlantic.
