Namrita Notani Joins Clark Hill Tax & Estate Planning Group in Collin County Office

Notani’s practice focuses on estate and tax planning. She also brings experience in the purchase and sale of businesses with a focus on healthcare-related enterprises, having spent almost two decades in the healthcare industry. In addition, she has extensive experience in real estate transactions, including drafting commercial leases and handling the purchase and sale of commercial properties. She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Minnesota and Texas and earned her law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
