Gregory brings two decades of experience shaping Florida's environmental, agricultural, and water resource policy through executive leadership, legal counsel, and legislative service. He will work with agricultural operations, utilities, landowners, and businesses to navigate Florida's environmental and water regulatory landscape, including water policy, permitting frameworks, and environmental standards.
His background includes serving as Deputy General Counsel at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and leading the Office of Agricultural Water Policy, providing him with insight into agency processes, administrative litigation, and rulemaking strategy. Gregory earned his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
