Felsberg Advogados appoints Fernando de Mello Barreto and André Marcassa

Fernando de Mello Barreto brings more than four decades of experience in Brazilian diplomacy, having served as ambassador to Australia and Russia and as consul-general in London, Boston and Hartford. In his role at Felsberg Advogados he will advise clients on multilateral trade agreements, including Mercosul and the EU, tariff policies and the geopolitical dynamics that affect corporate decision-making.
André Marcassa joins Felsberg Advogados with more than 15 years of experience in complex disputes, including fraud cases and creditor–debtor conflicts across multiple jurisdictions. As partner responsible for Asset Recovery and Enforcement he will lead sensitive matters involving the identification and recovery of assets across borders, employing coordinated and structured approaches from the outset.
