Simone Ventura is an adjunct Professor at the Faculty of Law of Sapienza University of Rome. He advises and represents private and public clients in both advisory and contentious matters before national and European courts and tribunals. His skills are increasingly central in structuring complex transactions, managing competitive procedures and engaging with European regulation.
