Morgan Lewis strengthens European private equity practice with partner Gemma Roberts in London

Roberts is entering Morgan Lewis as a partner and will lead the firm’s European private equity practice. She advises private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, founders, and management teams on leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Her industry experience spans technology, software, financial services, business services, and consumer products. Roberts is particularly known for her work on complex cross-border transactions, private equity‑backed growth strategies and corporate reorganizations, and regularly advises on transactions across multiple jurisdictions including Germany and France. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis she was co-chair of Goodwin’s London office.
