Fraser Dawson returns to Addleshaw Goddard in Abu Dhabi

Dawson returns to Addleshaw Goddard from NEOM Investment Fund, where he served as executive director (investments), board secretary and general counsel, working across complex investment, governance and strategic initiatives within the giga-project. He was previously a partner in the firm’s Dubai office between January 2022 and April 2023.
He advises clients on corporate transactions, including private equity, M&A and strategic investments, with a particular focus on sovereign-linked entities, institutional investors and multinational businesses operating across the GCC and internationally.
