Volpi is a legal professional with more than 15 years of experience in financial regulation, operating between Milan and London. Most recently she worked at Nextalia SGR, where she served as head of legal & compliance and, over the past five years, as General Counsel. Earlier in her career she held senior positions in the legal departments of BNP Paribas and Intesa Sanpaolo and developed her practice in prominent Italian law firms, including a previous period at CRCCD.
Her expertise spans regulatory matters and the dynamics of private capital, with experience across different investment strategies and types of transactions and a consolidated network among Italian and international market operators.
