Birketts appoints Edward Auger and David Roberts to its real estate practice
"Birketts has appointed Edward Auger as Partner in its South East commercial real estate team and David Roberts as Legal Director (Head of Living Assets) in its Cambridge residential development team."
Edward Auger is the first Partner appointment in the firm’s Sevenoaks-based South East commercial real estate team. He brings more than 20 years of practice across a wide range of real estate matters, with specialisms in secured lending and residential and commercial development. He also has considerable experience in landlord and tenant matters and in acting for investors and their property portfolios.
David Roberts joins Birketts’ residential development team in Cambridge as a Legal Director and will take on the role of Head of Living Assets. He has almost 30 years’ experience advising developer clients, with particular focus on the build-to-rent sector and on funding and development work.
