Orrick Adds EPC Partner in Houston to Expand Texas Energy Team

Kaleb represents owners and developers in the drafting and negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts and related agreements for major oil and gas, LNG, power, petrochemical and energy transition projects, including first‑of‑a‑kind projects domestically and internationally. He has deep experience advising across the entire project lifecycle, from project conception through engineering, design, construction and operations. Walker joins Orrick as a partner from King & Spalding, where he was also a partner.
