Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP names Marc Shepsman partner in Corporate practice

Shepsman’s practice focuses on advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, financial institutions and corporate clients on leveraged finance, acquisition financings, private credit transactions, mergers and acquisitions and other complex corporate matters across a broad range of industries. He brings elite leveraged finance experience and sponsor-side transactional insight, having advised on high-profile acquisitions, complex financings and strategic corporate transactions and representing sponsors, lenders and corporate borrowers. He enters Cahill as a partner. Prior to rejoining the firm, he spent several years at Cahill, where he developed a broad-based practice focused on capital markets, leveraged finance and private financing transactions. Shepsman received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, his B.A. from Duke University and is admitted to practice in New York.
