OPPENLÄNDER strengthens Intellectual Property and Healthcare practice with Dr. Sonja Bühler

Dr. Sonja Bühler studied law at the Universities of Freiburg im Breisgau and Glasgow and completed a master’s degree in intellectual property law at the University of Edinburgh. Her doctoral thesis under Prof. Haedicke in Freiburg addressed a topic in patent and pharmaceutical law. After completing her legal clerkship at the Dresden Higher Regional Court, she gained professional experience in the legal department of a universal bank, focusing on digitalization. She has joined OPPENLÄNDER as an attorney in 2026.
