PSP Legal opens Sport & Sports Business department with of counsel Nicola Paolini

"PSP Legal has launched a Sport & Sports Business department and appointed Nicola Paolini as of counsel to lead its sports law and sports business practice, including sports litigation."

Nicola Paolini has joined PSP Legal as of counsel to lead the firm’s newly established Sport & Sports Business department.

The new department will assist athletes, sports clubs, associations, agents and market operators on sports and commercial contracts, player transfers, sponsorships, audiovisual rights, image rights and sports business transactions. The practice will also provide assistance in sports justice proceedings and in litigation before national and international federative bodies, including the Collegio di Garanzia dello Sport at CONI and the TAS/CAS of Lausanne.

Paolini is the founder of PCP Legal, with offices in Udine and Trieste. He has for years assisted athletes, associations and sports clubs on the regulatory, contractual, civil and tax aspects of professional and amateur sport, and has gained significant experience in sports litigation representing clients before the justice bodies of the FIGC and the Collegio di Garanzia dello Sport at CONI. He joins PSP Legal as of counsel, having previously served as founder of PCP Legal.
