Greenberg Traurig Expands California Health Care & FDA Practice with Addition of Deborah J. Rotenberg and Team

Deborah J. Rotenberg brings more than 20 years of experience in California’s health care regulatory environment. She advises a broad range of providers, including Federally Qualified Health Centers, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, drug manufacturers, and individual practitioners, on complex compliance, licensure, and reimbursement matters. Rotenberg counsels clients on health care mergers and acquisitions, assisting with licensure, enrollment, and other transactional issues in California’s regulated health care sector, and she has deep experience in reproductive health care and women’s health legal issues. She is recognized for policy and legislative advocacy work, advising organizations and policymakers on proposed laws and administrative initiatives, and is a frequent speaker and a co‑author of the Federally Qualified Health Centers chapter in the California Physicians Legal Handbook.
Lauren E. Barker and Ann‑Margaret “Maggie” Boyadjian join the firm as Practice Group Attorneys. Both come from Murphy Austin Adams Schoenfeld LLP and will be members of Greenberg Traurig’s Health Care & FDA Practice.
