Watson Farley & Williams appoints Stefano Perazzelli as Counsel in Labour Law

"Watson Farley & Williams appoints Stefano Perazzelli as counsel in its Milan labour law team; he will act as Italy contact and focus on strategic HR, organisational transformation and labour market issues."

Stefano Perazzelli has joined Watson Farley & Williams (WFW) as counsel in the labour law department at the firm’s Milan office, where he will serve as the Italy contact.

Perazzelli brings nearly twenty years of experience in labour law. He was previously counsel at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo. He advises Italian and international companies on complex labour matters in both judicial and extrajudicial settings, with particular attention to strategic HR counsel, organisational transformation processes and the management of labour market dynamics. He joins WFW with the seniority of counsel, having held the same role at his prior firm.

In his new role Perazzelli will contribute to the development of the firm’s labour law offering and coordinate related activities with an approach oriented to both national and cross‑border matters. His appointment is part of WFW’s growth in Italy and its effort to strengthen an interdisciplinary service for corporate clients. Eugenio Tranchino, managing partner of WFW in Italy, said Perazzelli’s arrival reflects the firm’s direction in Italy and within the international network, adding a professional able to interpret the evolution of contemporary work and support clients in their most sensitive decisions, and that his experience and approach integrate naturally with the firm’s positioning and its vision of increasingly interdisciplinary and international advice.
