Gitti and Partners hires Carmen Leo as partner to lead Infrastructure and Construction

Carmen Leo, formerly an equity partner at LCA, brings consolidated experience in infrastructure and construction law. Over the course of her career she has assisted market operators in the delivery of major national infrastructure projects, including motorway stretches, hospital complexes and university campuses. She has also supported operators in the development of office and residential real estate complexes that contributed to reshaping Milan’s skyline. Leo joins Gitti and Partners as a partner, having previously been an equity partner at LCA.
The Infrastructure and Construction department assists national and international players in systemic transactions, and Leo’s arrival further consolidates the firm’s presence in this sector.
Leo commented that she found in the firm a clear vision, a strong focus on people and an environment marked by enthusiasm and respect, and said she intends to put her experience at the service of the department’s development, supporting clients and operators on projects that transform the territory and generate lasting value for the country.
