Proskauer Adds Partner Bryon Mulligan to Global Finance in Charlotte
"Proskauer has hired Bryon Mulligan as a partner in its Global Finance practice in Charlotte to work on UCC-related commercial finance matters, including leveraged finance, structured financings and crypto-related transactions."
Mulligan focuses on issues arising under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) in connection with a wide spectrum of commercial finance transactions. He also advises on data center project financings, warehouse lending, commodity and hedge fund financings, and restructurings.
Mulligan serves as co-chair of the Investment Securities Subcommittee of the American Bar Association's Uniform Commercial Code Committee and as co-chair of the ABA Business Law Section's UCC Article 8 Modernization Task Force.
His addition reflects Proskauer’s continued strategic growth of its Global Finance offering and its expansion in markets important to clients, including Charlotte. Since 2024 the Firm has welcomed 28 Global Finance partners worldwide and opened its Charlotte office in September 2025.
