Cooley Expands Infrastructure, Energy and Real Estate Group with Two Partner Hires

Kevin Donahue and Jacob Clark have joined Cooley as partners in the firm’s infrastructure, energy and real estate group in the New York office.

Kevin Donahue joins Cooley as a partner in the New York infrastructure, energy and real estate group. He advises sponsors, private equity firms, institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds on complex real estate, financing and transactional matters underpinning large-scale data center and infrastructure development. His work spans the full life cycle of infrastructure investments, including site acquisition and development, financing, M&A, private equity transactions and restructurings. Donahue joins Cooley from Kirkland & Ellis.

Jacob Clark joins Cooley as a partner in the New York infrastructure, energy and real estate group. He counsels sponsors, private equity firms, institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds on complex real estate, financing and transactional matters supporting large-scale data center and infrastructure projects. Clark’s practice covers the full life cycle of infrastructure investments, from site acquisition and development to financing, M&A, private equity transactions and restructurings. Clark joins Cooley from Kirkland & Ellis.
