Soto Garcia also represents and advises clients on traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, union election proceedings, and training on compliance with the National Labor Relations Act for in-house counsel and human resources teams. She frequently speaks on labor and employment law issues with a focus on the evolving intersection of technology, AI, and workplace law, and is fluent in Spanish, advising on Spanish-language workplace policies and interfacing with witnesses and parties in both English and Spanish throughout litigation.

She joins Morrison Foerster from another prominent international law firm, where she led its technology and artificial intelligence practice within the employment group.
