Fraser Trebilcock welcomes Geofrey C. Muroto Bilabaye as Associate Attorney

Bilabaye comes to Fraser Trebilcock after nearly five years serving as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in a Mid‑Michigan county, where he prosecuted and tried a wide range of criminal cases. He is a First Lieutenant in the Michigan Army National Guard, currently serving in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He graduated from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s School in August 2025 and was awarded the U.S. Army Commendation Medal for his work as a Judge Advocate for the 46th Military Police Command.
As a former prosecutor, Bilabaye focuses on criminal defense. He also practices in civil litigation, including insurance defense, real estate litigation, trust, estate and probate litigation, and the litigation and resolution of business disputes. He joins Fraser Trebilcock in the capacity of associate attorney, having served previously as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.
