Sérvulo & Associados appoints Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos as partner in financial law department
"Sérvulo & Associados has appointed Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos as partner in its financial law department. She will work in structured and project finance, PPPs, real estate financing and debt restructuring."
She arrives from Morais Leitão, where she built a career spanning more than two decades focused on structured financing and project finance, both domestically and internationally. Entering Sérvulo & Associados with the seniority of partner, Castanheira dos Santos brings expertise in public-private partnership project financing, real estate financing and debt restructuring. She is also actively involved in private equity transactions and investment funds and has broad experience in corporate law and capital markets.
Castanheira dos Santos holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2000), an LL.M. in International Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2017), a postgraduate degree in Aviation Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2007) and completed an Executive Program in Project Management at NOVA SBE in 2024.
