Cuatrecasas Adds Tax Partner in Valencia

The appointment is intended to strengthen Cuatrecasas’ tax advisory capabilities across the Levante region, with a focus on corporate taxation, family business, real estate transactions, M&A and corporate restructurings. Gómez de Membrillera Ortuño brings extensive experience advising companies across the industrial, real estate, automotive, agri-food and distribution sectors. His expertise covers general corporate taxation, wealth and estate tax planning and business reorganisations, and he has participated in numerous M&A transactions of varying scale and nature.
He holds degrees in Law and in Business Administration from the Universidad de Murcia, is a member of the Colegio de Economistas de Valencia and is listed in the Best Lawyers directory under the Tax-Valencia category. He is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences organised by chambers of commerce, professional associations and universities, and has authored articles in specialist tax publications.
