Act Legal Spain appoints Mª Encarnación Pérez-Pujazón Millán as partner in Litigation
"Act Legal Spain appoints Mª Encarnación Pérez-Pujazón Millán as partner in its Litigation practice. She joins from Uría Menéndez and will work on complex civil and commercial litigation and arbitration."
Pérez-Pujazón brings more than 25 years of experience in complex civil and commercial litigation. She has advised domestic and international clients on high-stakes patrimonial, corporate and contractual disputes, acted in arbitration proceedings, and handled conflicts involving family businesses and succession matters. Her practice spans civil liability and insurance, corporate law, unfair competition, insolvency, leases and property rights, and she has been directly involved in procedural strategy and the legal direction of complex proceedings. She joins Act Legal Spain from Uría Menéndez, where she served as Counsel in the public and procedural department since 2015.
Beyond her professional practice, Pérez-Pujazón is an associate professor of Civil Law at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, teaches in specialist programmes at the ICAM and other legal institutions, and is the author of reference publications in her field.
