Charles T. Haag and Justin Reinus have joined Paul Hastings LLP as partners, based in Dallas and Orange County, respectively, strengthening the firm’s Capital Markets and Public Company Advisory platform.

Haag joins Paul Hastings from Winston & Strawn, where he served as co-chair of the firm’s public company advisory practice. He is consistently recognized as a leading capital markets attorney and advises on public and private equity and debt offerings, tender offers, spin-offs, reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. Haag also regularly represents clients on corporate governance matters, including fiduciary duties and SEC filings. His experience spans REITs and real estate, consumer products, energy, retail, technology, construction and financial services.

Reinus, also joining from Winston & Strawn, brings extensive capital markets and public company advisory experience. He advises on initial public offerings and other equity offerings, high yield, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings, tender offers, exchange offers, spin-offs and other capital markets transactions. He counsels companies on corporate governance and compliance with reporting obligations under U.S. federal securities laws and stock exchange rules. Reinus works extensively with REITs and other real estate-focused companies and has experience in the construction, restaurant, manufacturing, retail and technology industries.
