Chu Ting Ng has joined international law firm Simmons & Simmons as a Partner in its London office.

Joining from a US-headed global law firm, Chu is a highly regarded fund finance specialist. She advises clients on the full range of fund finance products, including subscription line and net asset value (NAV) facilities, hybrid structures, financing for fund managers and co-investors, and continuation vehicle financings. With over a decade of experience, Chu acts for bank and non-bank lenders to investment funds.

Chu joins existing London Partners Jen Yee Chan and John Sayers and will bolster Simmons & Simmons’ fund finance capabilities across the firm’s international network to help meet rising client demand.
