Holland & Knight Welcomes Allison Borgatti as Partner in Philadelphia

Ms. Borgatti is an international white collar defense attorney whose practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations and complex civil matters often related to criminal or quasi‑criminal charges or fraudulent conduct. She has defended clients in criminal and regulatory actions, including matters involving alleged insider trading, government contracting fraud, violations of the securities laws and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and has experience defending healthcare fraud claims. Her clients have included boards of directors, corporations, Fortune 500 companies and their executives, ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and high‑ranking government officials.
Ms. Borgatti joins Holland & Knight as a partner from Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, where she served as a partner. Earlier in her career, she served as an assistant district attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, including work in the homicide unit. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York and holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
