Norton Rose Fulbright adds sanctions and investigations partner Ginger Faulk to Washington DC office

Ginger Faulk has joined Norton Rose Fulbright’s Washington, DC office as a partner in the firm’s regulation and investigations practice.

Faulk brings more than 20 years of experience representing Fortune 100, 200 and 500 companies on complex cross-border trade, economic sanctions, national security and related regulatory matters. Her practice includes export controls, sanctions compliance, CFIUS and national security reviews, internal and government investigations, and corporate risk management. She advises clients across the energy, financial services, manufacturing, defense and technology sectors and has supported matters in Asia, Europe and Latin America. She is noted for structuring sanctions-compliant pathways in high-value transactions and leading multijurisdictional investigations.

She joins Norton Rose Fulbright from Eversheds Sutherland, where she led the domestic and global sanctions practices. Faulk has been recognized by Chambers USA and Chambers Global. Licensed in the District of Columbia, she earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and her bachelor’s degree from Southern Methodist University.
