Willkie Farr & Gallagher Adds Private Funds Partner Katy Kim in New York

Katy specializes in private funds and asset management matters. She has advised sponsors of private investment funds on a broad range of fund formation and governance matters, internal economic arrangements, and strategic and operational matters, including fund financing and preferred equity transactions, seeding arrangements and other capital solution structures. She joins Willkie’s Private Funds practice group as a partner and was previously at Fried Frank. She becomes part of a team of 30 partners in Willkie’s Private Funds practice dedicated to fund formation and investments across the Firm’s global offices.
