Partner Jarel Rosser Joins King & Spalding Finance and Restructuring Practice in New York

Rosser regularly represents national, international and regional lenders and servicers in connection with structured finance transactions, including commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and balance sheet mortgage loans, private bank lending, mezzanine debt and other credit facilities secured by commercial asset classes. He is based in the New York office and will work within the firm’s Finance and Restructuring practice.
Rosser joins King & Spalding from K&L Gates, where he was a partner. Prior to private practice, he served as associate general counsel at Safehold Inc., a publicly traded ground-lease real estate investment trust. He holds a B.A. from St. John’s University and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
