Allison K. Perry Returns to Bracewell as Partner in Houston Tax Department

Perry most recently served as the US Lead Employment Tax Counsel for Shell, where she advised on a wide range of employment tax, employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Her practice covers employee benefits, executive compensation and employment tax, including ERISA compliance. She is experienced in drafting employee benefit plans and regularly advised on employee plans and compliance issues, and she has deep transactional experience advising on employee compensation matters and executive compensation agreements in connection with business acquisitions, dispositions and restructuring transactions.
Perry began her legal career at Bracewell as an associate in 2003 and was promoted to senior counsel in 2014, serving in that role until joining Shell in October 2018. She returns to Bracewell as a partner in the Houston office.
