Barnes & Thornburg names Emily Landry as Chief Onboarding and Integration Officer
"Barnes & Thornburg hires Emily Landry as chief onboarding and integration officer in Nashville to lead lateral partner integration and legal operations."
Landry brings 25 years of experience in both law firms and corporations. She joins Barnes & Thornburg as chief onboarding and integration officer after most recently serving as assistant general counsel with Nissan Group of the Americas, where she directed the Product Safety and Regulatory legal team.
Earlier in her career Landry spent more than a decade at an Am Law 200 national firm litigating product and healthcare liability matters. She then spent ten years in-house in the manufacturing and automotive sectors, handling a broad scope of responsibilities that included class actions, product liability, health and safety, environmental, employment, employee benefits, antitrust, trade, cybersecurity and privacy.
She succeeds Debby Usher, who retired after more than 24 years with the firm. In her new role Landry will work with firm leadership, C-suite colleagues and professionals across Barnes & Thornburg’s 26 offices to ensure a smooth, strategic onboarding process and meaningful integration for lateral attorneys.
