Arnold & Porter Welcomes Partner Lindsay M. Germano to Denver Corporate & Finance Practice

Germano joins Arnold & Porter after serving in leadership positions at several public companies. She brings more than two decades of experience advising on complex M&A, securities, and corporate governance matters, and will work on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, SEC filings, corporate governance, and executive compensation. She has led corporate and strategic matters, advised executives on legal risk, and overseen complex projects from diligence through execution and implementation. Her private practice background includes advising public and private companies, private equity funds, and their portfolio companies on sophisticated transactions. She is returning to private practice in the partner role.
Germano earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her B.A. from Rice University.
