DLA Piper adds Geoffrey Palachuk to Real Estate and Construction practice in Seattle

Palachuk strengthens the firm’s West Coast real estate offering and national construction capabilities. He advises clients on complex contract negotiations, project delivery, risk mitigation and claim resolution, and manages high-stakes construction disputes across the country. His practice spans a broad range of projects, including public infrastructure, data centers, mixed-use developments, convention centers, semiconductor plants, fulfillment centers, public schools, universities and renewable energy facilities.
