Massimo Foglia joins Bureau Plattner as of counsel

Foglia is an associate professor of private law at the University of Bergamo (Department of Law), where he teaches Private Law and Legal Writing, and he is also professor of Institutions of Private Law at the Guardia di Finanza Academy. At the University of Bergamo he has also taught Family Law, Advanced Private Law with a focus on contract law, European Contract Law and Emerging Technologies Law. He brings consolidated expertise in civil, commercial and corporate law developed through an academic and professional career in Italy and abroad. His areas of specialization include corporate and commercial law, national and international contract drafting, European private law, new technologies law, personal rights and civil liability.
