Knights strengthens Bristol team with Family and Cross-border Private Client partners

Hannah Livesey joins Knights as a Partner in the Family team. She is a family law specialist with more than a decade of experience, advising on complex financial and children matters, asset protection and disputes between unmarried couples. Hannah qualified as a solicitor in January 2014 and began her legal career in criminal defence, gaining advocacy and court experience. She joins Knights’ Bristol office at EQ Building, Victoria Street, from Clarke Willmott, where she spent 11 years and developed a strong reputation advising on financial remedy matters and disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act. Her practice also includes asset protection and succession planning, with particular expertise in prenuptial, postnuptial, cohabitation and separation agreements. Hannah is a trained mediator and adopts a pragmatic, resolution-focused approach.
Daniel Harris joins Knights in Bristol as a Partner in Private Client, specialising in international and cross-border law. He brings almost 20 years of experience and is ranked by Chambers and Legal 500, recognised as an expert advisor to international clients. Practising solely in international and cross-border matters, Daniel provides specialist advice to UK clients with foreign assets and to foreign nationals with UK assets on complex tax and succession issues across jurisdictions. He is also noted for advising charities and other solicitors on global succession and taxation matters and is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP) and of the Law Society of England and Wales Cross Border Special Interest group.
