Eoin Cunneen joins Gore & Grimes with over 25 years of experience and a practice built across complex and high-value disputes in the Irish market. His expertise encompasses complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, shareholder disputes, white collar crime defence, tax litigation, regulatory investigations and prosecutions, aviation-related disputes, private client disputes, professional indemnity and judicial review, and contentious procurement, banking, financial services, construction and insolvency. He has been consistently recommended by international legal ratings agencies for Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
Sara Hantash joins the Corporate team having qualified as a solicitor earlier this year. Her early experience covers M&A transactions and general commercial matters, and she brings additional experience from the Court of Justice of the European Union, providing an international perspective for corporate clients.
