Agrawal represents banks, finance companies and other financial institutions in structuring, documenting and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial finance transactions. She joins Goldberg Kohn as an Associate in the firm’s Commercial Finance Group.
Before joining Goldberg Kohn, Agrawal began her career in the Finance group at Vinson & Elkins, where she represented commercial borrowers, lenders and private equity sponsors in secured and unsecured financings, refinancing transactions, acquisition financings, working capital facilities, broadly syndicated transactions and other complex financial transactions. She earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2024.
