Dentons appoints Diarmuid Mawe as real estate partner in Dublin

Mawe is an experienced real estate lawyer whose clients include domestic and international businesses, developers and institutional investors operating across retail, logistics, office and residential sectors. He has particularly strong relationships with asset managers and banks and is regarded as a key adviser for new entrants investing in Ireland’s property market. In addition to investment and development matters, Mawe acts on restructuring and private equity-led transactions and advises landlords on regulatory developments in Irish real estate. He joins Dentons as a partner.
His appointment follows that of real estate partner Craig Kenny, who joined Dentons' Dublin real estate practice in December 2025.
