Seyfarth Shaw LLP Adds Mhare Mouradian as Partner in Los Angeles Commercial Litigation

Mhare Mouradian has joined Seyfarth Shaw LLP as a partner based in the firm’s Downtown Los Angeles office.

Mouradian focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on real estate and commercial disputes. His matters include leasing disputes, title and real estate fraud, easement issues, property management conflicts, and broker-related claims. He also handles litigation involving corporate ownership, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair business practices and competition, and infringement of trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property.

Mouradian litigates in jurisdictions across the United States and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants on national dockets. He has tried cases to jury and bench verdicts and has handled arbitrations and mediations in both in-person and virtual settings.

He represents clients across a range of industries including retail (large shopping centers, plazas and big box retailers), real estate brokerage and investment, electrified mobility, technology, and manufacturing. Mouradian comes to Seyfarth from Husch Blackwell, where he was instrumental in growing the firm’s Los Angeles presence over the past five years. He is joining Seyfarth as a partner in the Los Angeles Downtown office.

Mouradian has been recognized as a Local Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation (2025) and holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He serves on the Judicial Appointments Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. A recognized speaker on legal artificial intelligence, he has presented at events including Microsoft’s inaugural Legal AI Summit (2025) and Legalweek in New York City. He earned his JD from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and his BA from the University of San Francisco.
