Ceca Magán Abogados appoints María Jesús Román as partner to lead Audiovisual and Cultural Law practice

The new Audiovisual and Cultural Law practice will provide comprehensive legal services to producers, platforms, artists, creators and companies operating in the entertainment sector domestically and internationally. The practice will cover contracts, intellectual property, financing, tax, corporate transactions, employment, litigation and regulatory matters.
María Jesús Román joins Ceca Magán from MRG Abogados, the firm she co-founded, where she built a track record advising production companies, platforms and talent on high‑profile audiovisual and cultural projects. She enters Ceca Magán with partner seniority and brings with her an established client base and her team.
