Alejandro Prim joins Busquets Law & Finance as a partner to lead the firm’s international practice with a particular focus on Latin America. He brings a career that combines litigation with advisory work for companies on recurring matters and expansion projects. In recent years his activity has centred on supporting Spanish companies entering Latin American markets and Latin American companies establishing themselves in Europe through his firm Summa Consultores, an international advisory firm.
Sonia Clapers joins Busquets Law & Finance as a partner to reinforce the corporate department, with emphasis on M&A transactions, investment rounds and the structuring of shareholders’ agreements. Her background includes advising on company and asset acquisitions and disposals and negotiating commercial contracts in high-demand contexts. She joins from firms including Roca Junyent, KPMG Abogados and DWF-RCD, and has described her work as focused on identifying clients’ real needs and providing solutions tailored to their business context.
