Winston & Strawn Expands Texas Intellectual Property Litigation Practice with Partner Morgan Mayne

Mayne is a patent litigator who specializes in high-stakes intellectual property disputes. She draws on an electrical engineering background to represent clients in technical industries, including telecommunications, video streaming, semiconductors, consumer electronics, and network security. She joins the firm at the partner level.
Mayne has led all facets of patent litigation and managed complex client engagements and multidisciplinary teams. She has litigated more than thirty cases in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, and has handled numerous matters in the Northern District of California, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and other federal courts across the country. Her arrival, shortly after the addition of fellow Intellectual Property Practice partner Aimee Fagan, strengthens Winston & Strawn’s Texas bench and enhances the firm’s national U.S. IP litigation platform.
