Scott D. Fisher was a partner at Steptoe before joining Lowenstein Sandler. He advises corporate clients, investment funds and individuals on a wide range of corporate and securities matters, including public and private offerings of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate governance. He brings more than 25 years of experience representing both issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions, regularly counsels private equity funds across the full lifecycle of their investments, and has significant experience handling complex cross-border transactions, including in regulated industries. Fisher is entering Lowenstein Sandler at the partner level and was previously a partner at Steptoe. He previously served as a law clerk for the Hon. Raymond J. Dearie of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A., cum laude, from Yale University.
Ivan J. Presant joined Lowenstein Sandler’s New York City office on May 9 from Mintz. He is the second M&A partner to join the firm’s New York office this month, entering Lowenstein Sandler at the partner level and coming from Mintz.
