Asi Messing joins Herzog as partner and Head of Public Economic Law

Messing brings nearly a decade in a central public-sector role, where he shaped economic and legislative policy and addressed complex issues including capital markets regulation, the COVID-19 crisis and the “Swords of Iron” war. He joins Herzog with deep regulatory expertise and a broad strategic understanding of the governmental system, entering the firm at partner level and leading its Economic Public Law practice. His prior position was General Counsel of the Ministry of Finance.
