HEUSSEN strengthens employment law with Stuttgart team addition
"HEUSSEN hires employment law specialists Dr. Matthias Hinz and Daniel Wasser in Stuttgart. They will work in employment law; Hinz also covers insolvency and occupational pensions, Wasser focuses on employee data protection and digitalisation."
Dr. Matthias Hinz (50) will join HEUSSEN as a Partner. He has for many years advised and represented German and international companies and executives as a specialist lawyer and experienced practitioner in employment law. He also has specific additional expertise in insolvency law and in the law of occupational pensions and serves as a lecturer at the University of Regensburg. Hinz was previously with the firm RSM Ebner Stolz.
Daniel Wasser (33) will join HEUSSEN as a Senior Associate. He has worked for some time with Matthias Hinz and, alongside general employment law advisory work, is specialised in employee data protection and the digitalisation of the employment relationship. Wasser was previously with RSM Ebner Stolz.
