Dentons Link Legal welcomes Aishwarya Samanta as Associate Partner in Banking & Finance Practice
"Dentons Link Legal has appointed Aishwarya Samanta as Associate Partner in its Delhi office to strengthen its Banking & Finance and Projects practice."
She advises banks, financial institutions and funds on complex financing transactions across structures and lending arrangements. Her experience includes project finance, private credit and direct lending, structured lending, debt restructuring and external commercial borrowings, with a focus on renewable energy, power, infrastructure, construction and real estate.
She has advised domestic and international banks, financial institutions and private credit funds on direct lending and uni-tranche structures, syndicated loans, refinancing and project financings, and has acted for borrowers and developers on project advisory matters, including tender documentation, public-private partnerships and consortium arrangements.
Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, Aishwarya was with Phoenix Legal, where she advised on mandates involving infrastructure financing institutions and developers. Executive Chairman Atul Sharma and Managing Partners Nusrat Hassan and Anand Srivastava said her addition strengthens the firm’s Banking & Finance and Projects platform, particularly in project and infrastructure finance, and aligns with its sector-focused approach and growing financing capabilities.
