Edoardo Raffiotta joins Advant Nctm as of counsel

Raffiotta is a professor of constitutional law at the University of Milano‑Bicocca and practices particularly in the law of innovation and artificial intelligence. He was formerly with LCA. He serves on the coordination committee for national AI strategies established by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. His interests include public law of the economy and technological innovation in services, with specific attention to data protection, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. He is also a member of the Public Law and Policy Research Center at Berkeley Law, University of California.
